HOW TO DONATE CORNEA?

Sign and mail the voluntary Cornea pledge form obtainable from the Eye Bank or website.
They receive back some instructions and a Cornea donor pocket card.
Cornea of a diseased person can also be donated by their next of kin / Relatives by contacting the Eye Bank after the death in the family.

The Eye Bank is informed (can be contacted by Telephone, SMS or Whatsapp) by the next of kin or by the family member immediately after the death of the donor .
